10-minute capture inbox

This page is a working tray, not an essay. Drop each leftover note into keep, defer, or delete, and stop when the timer hits zero. Nothing is uploaded. The three lists stay in this browser until you clear them.

How to run one pass

  1. Set the timer for 10 minutes. Example timing: ten minutes is enough for a laptop-lid pile, not for a year of email.
  2. Type one item and choose a column. Keep means you will touch it today. Defer means it has a later day. Delete means it does not earn a note.
  3. When the timer ends, stop adding items. Copy the keep list into whatever app you already use, then clear the tray.
